Unlike 360 panoramas and virtual tours used in our custom 3D60 Virtual Tours and Google Street View projects, video proposes many challenges that can't always be overcome in post production. Especially if we are streaming an event live on Youtube or Facebook.

Violations of Intellectual Property Rights

StrataCorps is required by law to remove or block access to content appearing on or through the Services upon receipt of proper notice of copyright infringement (see "Copyright Infringement Notice Information" below).

Backups and Data Loss

Your use of any hosting service provided or maintained by StrataCorps or its affiliates will be at your sole risk. StrataCorps is not responsible for files and data residing on your account including web content and electronic mail. By storing data on StrataCorps hosted servers you agree to take full responsibility for your data and agree to maintain appropriate backups.

StrataCorps does automatically generate backups of hosted sites and email servers for server restoration purposes only. Data backed up by this process are not accessible to you or our general support staff.

If a loss of data occurs due to an error of SecureWebUSA, we will use reasonable efforts to recover the data at no charge to you. If data loss occurs due to your negligence in securing or maintaining your account, StrataCorps will attempt to recover you data on a per-fee basis (There is a minimum $50.00 charge in addition to any time and expenses required to recover your data).

StrataCorps does not maintain archives of a customer's hosted data once services are terminated or cancelled by either party.

Spamming

Spamming, whether or not it overloads the Services or disrupts service to StrataCorps' Subscribers, is prohibited. The term "spamming" includes, but is not limited to, the sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet or maintaining an open SMTP policy. StrataCorps reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether e-mail recipients were from an opt-in email list.

Misrepresentation of Transmission Information

Forging, misrepresenting, omitting, or deleting message headers, return mailing information and/or Internet protocol addresses to conceal or misidentify the origin of an message is prohibited.

Viruses and Other Destructive Activities

Use of the Services for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited. It is also prohibited for any Subscriber to engage in other activity that is intended to disrupt or interfere with, or that results in the disruption of or interference with, the ability of others to effectively use the Services (or any connected network, system, service or equipment) or conduct their business over the Internet.

Hacking

"Hacking" and related activities is prohibited. "Hacking" includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: illegally or without authorization, accessing computers, accounts or networks, penetrating or attempting to penetrate security measures, port scans, stealth scans, and other activities designed to assist in hacking.

Anonymous Proxies

We do not allow the use of anonymous proxy scripts on our servers. They can be very abusive to the server resources, affecting all users on that server.

Export Control Violations

The exportation of encryption software outside of the United States and/or violations of United States law relating to the exportation of software is prohibited.

Child Pornography

The use of the Services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available child pornography is prohibited. StrataCorps is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on, or being transmitted through, the Services.

Other Illegal Activities

The use of the Services to engage in any activities that are determined by SecureWebUSA, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be illegal is prohibited. Such illegal activities include, but are not limited to, storing, posting, displaying, transmitting or otherwise making available ponzi or pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards or displaying credit card information of third parties without their consent, and failure to comply with applicable on-line privacy laws. StrataCorps will cooperate fully with appropriate law enforcement agencies in connection with any and all illegal activities occurring on or through the Services.

Obscene, Defamatory, Abusive or Threatening Language

Use of the Services to store, post, transmit, display or otherwise make available obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language is prohibited.

Other Activities

Engaging in any activity that, in StrataCorps' sole and absolute discretion, disrupts, interferes with or is harmful to (or threatens to disrupt, interfere with, or be harmful to) the Services, StrataCorps' business, operations, reputation, goodwill, customers and/or customer relations, or the ability of StrataCorps' customers to effectively use the Services is prohibited. Such prohibited activities include making available any program, product or service that is designed to or could be used to violate this Usage Policy. In addition, the failure by a Subscriber to cooperate with StrataCorps in correcting or preventing violations of this Usage Policy by, or that result from the activity of, a customer of the Subscriber is a violation of this Usage Policy.

In general, StrataCorps does not monitor its customers' websites or activities to determine whether they are in compliance with this Usage Policy. However, when StrataCorps becomes aware of any violation of this Usage Policy or its User Agreement, StrataCorps may take any action to stop or correct such violation, including, but not limited to, shutting down a website, denying access to the Services or to the Internet, and/or removing information. In addition, StrataCorps may take action against a Subscriber or a customer of such Subscriber because of the activities of such customer. StrataCorps reserves the right to take any such action even though such action may affect other customers of the Subscriber.

StrataCorps may disclose any information in its possession, including, without limitation, information about Subscribers, internet transmissions and website activity in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, summons, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or governmental request, to protect StrataCorps or others from harm, and/or to ensure the proper operation of the Services. StrataCorps has no obligation to notify any person, including the Subscriber about whom information is sought, that StrataCorps has provided the information.

Cancellation Of Services & Refund Policy

StrataCorps provides a 30-day money back guarantee for new hosting account registrations with the following terms and conditions:

Non-refundable Fees: Fees paid for services purchased by the subscriber for SSL certificates, domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, as well as DNS hosting services or other customized features and billing fees are non-refundable.

The reqeust for cancellation of any service must be made by the account owner as indicated by the billing information provided when the service was established and within 30 days of the automatic account renewal. For security reasons, any email or phone call in which StrataCorps is unable to verify account ownership will be rejected.

Custom Hosting Plans and Services

In the event a cancellation is necessary, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remainder of your service term from the time of cancellation. There is no cancellation fee for new customers if cancellation is within the first 30 days of establishing service. Established customers in good standing may cancel their services at any time prior to renewal and will receive a refund for any unused service based on a twelve (12) month billnig cycle with the exception of any non-refundable items indicated above. No refunds are given for partial months of service.  Refunds for cancellations of annual contract and prepaid services will be billed for the full or partial months used at the non-discounted monthly rate.  A 30 day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund for any unused service.

Custom hosting plans including CustomQuickSites and SecureWeb CMS hosted solutions and services are non-transferable. Ownership of all application data including templates, custom design and code belong to StrataCorps, LLC and may not be transferred or "ported" to other hosting services or other third parties without the express written permission of StrataCorps, LLC.

Exceptions to the annual "Baisc" Hosting Plans

Other than the 30-day satisfcation guarantee provided to all new customers, the discounted annual "Basic" hosting service plans are non-refundable.

Domain Registrations & Transfers

For customers who registered a new domain name with the account and rquest to cancel service will be charged for the cost of the domain registration or transfer and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.  You will maintain full ownership of the new domain after you have canceled your hosting with us.

This Cancellation policy may be amended to or replaced by another contract for customized services and support.

In the event Subscriber issues a chargeback or reversal of charges without first following the above cancellation procedures, the Subscriber will be responsible for a $50.00 billing service fee.

Copyright Notice Infringement Information

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, StrataCorps has adopted a policy that provides for termination of websites hosted by StrataCorps that are found to infringe on copyrights of third parties. If a copyright holder believes that there has been a violation of his or her copyright on a website that is hosted by StrataCorps or its subsidiaries, and the copyright holder wants StrataCorps to remove the website or disable the material in question, StrataCorps will remove the website or disable the material if the copyright holder provides us with all of the following information:

1. A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed is being infringed, or, in the case of claimed infringement of multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.

2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or is the subject of infringing activity and that should be removed or access to which should be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the person giving the notification, such as an address and telephone, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which such person may be contacted.

4. A statement that the person giving the notification has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

You are probably here because when you attempted to access a web service located on one of our servers you received a message indicating that your IP address has been blocked.

So what does this mean?  It just means that we detected behavior from your location that was suspecious and was blocked from accessing our systems further until the cause of the problem can be located and, if necessary, repaired.

This could have been caused by something as simple as someone from your office trying to log onto their Email or another service with the wrong login name or password.  After we detect serveral failed login attempts from the same location we will block that IP address temporarily (just in case it wasn't accidental).

In some circumstances it can be something that we see that behaves similar to a virus or malware program.  This may be a "false positive" but we take precautions to help protect our customers and their data.

In most cases these premptive security mesaures are just temporary and they will automatically be reset after a few minutes.  If it has been more than 15 minutes and you are still being directed here for assistance, you can request that we unblock your IP address for you...

If you are we may not be able to respond to your request.  Public internet connections can be blocked for being listed on published "black lists" that we subscribe to and your solution will be to move to a more secure area to access the resource you need.

3. Is your computer's software current and are your running an anti-virus program with up to date anti-virus signatures?  If your computer is infected with a virus and this is the source of the problem, the next time we block the IP address it may be permenant.

4. Is this the first time that this has happened? If not, we may need additional information from you to see if we can help identify the problem. It could just be a glitch on our end that needs to be fixed so you don't have to go through this again.

5. Finally, are you a customer of ours? Although we investigate all requests we may not be able to assist you with problems that we have no control over. You may be directed to contact the owner of the website or service that you are accessing for further assistance.
